Scoring leads on autopilot with Gumloop

Hey there,
Welcome back to the Markfive newsletter, where we go over AI-powered automations you can add to your business in a day.
Today’s post is the first in a series of sales automations, starting with:
Qualifying your current inbound leads.
(If you’d rather watch a video version, it’s linked below).
At a very high level, here’s how it works:
1) Receive submissions via a contact form
2) Score them using AI based on qualifying criteria we're looking for
3) Categorize them as qualified or unqualified
4) Send qualified leads to your sales team via Slack and store unqualified leads for later
Note: This automation is just a demo of what is possible. You can adapt it as much as needed to fit your specific sales process.
If you need help building out more comprehensive version for your business, just reply to this email.
Why you’d want to automate this:
AI can instantly score leads (from 0-100) based on subjective, qualitative criteria like industry, role seniority, and buying urgency.
You define what makes a lead qualified for YOUR business (just once) and the AI runs in the background. High-quality leads go straight to your sales team. Nothing falls through the cracks.
Plus, a human never has to interrupt their day to go through and judge each form submission manually.
That’s all for today. If you enjoyed this one, consider forwarding it to a business owner you think would get value out of it.
Talk soon,
Momin
PS: I’m building automations (like the one above) for the next 100 business owners reading this newsletter who reach out. If that sounds interesting to you, just reply to this email.
